WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH & WHY IS IT DIFFERENT?

We have a hands-on immersive approach to every wedding. With our years of experience, we have created our signature style that perfectly balances editorial directing with a journalistic-documentary style that is clean, romantic, full of creativity and most importantly, timeless. It’s about how we intentionally narrate your memories into a story that continues to gain value over time. The end product beautifully tells your story with all your loved ones, the details to your day and most importantly the emotions that were felt.

WHAT IS IT LIKE WORKING WITH EACH OTHER AS A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM?

We have totally had our testing times as all married couples do, and we love to pick on each other and have some fun. We have built our business together from the ground up and we have encouraged each other to never quit. After all these years, we have an incredibly strong work relationship that has transformed the experience we provide our clients. We both know how to connect with each couple and together we create a relationship that helps our couples feel extremely comfortable in front of our cameras. When working together we inspire each other, capture all the in-between moments, save time because we know exactly what we each need to get, and we put our whole hearts into creating the best product for our couples.

YOU ARE BASED IN PALM SPRINGS CA, WOULD YOU TRAVEL FOR MY WEDDING AND HOW DOES IT WORK ON YOUR END?

Absolutely! We love our home in Palm Springs, but the majority of our weddings take place out of our home base. We will travel anywhere and everywhere to document your love story. With traveling bookings & costs, we want to make this a seamless process for you so we will book our own travel & accommodations. All you are responsible for is the total cost, which we will work hard on our end finding the best rates. Please connect with us for more details and information.

YOU HAVE A LITTLE ONE! HOW DOES THAT WORK FOR YOU BOTH?

Our son is our pride & joy! He keeps us on our toes and brings so much purpose in everything we do. He is our priority and for that we have worked hard in finding a balance between work and family – by creating office hours and sticking to them. ALL of our couples ask us to bring him along, we would love to but like we said – he keeps us on our toes as he is in his (exploring age also known as the terrible twos). We are so blessed to have our family that graciously watches him while we are shooting. If we travel out of the state most likely he will be coming along with one of his grammys (but no worries, we will cover their cost & travel).

CAN WE MEET IN PERSON BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Of course! We are very personal with every step in our process that leads us to capturing your wedding day. One being, the engagement session. ALL of our photo & video packages come with a complimentary engagement session. We created our packages to have this at a complimentary rate because we believe so much in meeting you both before your big day. The engagement session is such a great time for us to all get acquainted, hang out and create some stunning moments. After the engagement shoot, we keep in touch via email or facetime throughout the process. 

YOU'VE NEVER SHOT AT OUR VENUE BEFORE, IS THAT GOING TO BE AN ISSUE?

Not at all! In fact it is quite the opposite for us. We love shooting at new locations because it keeps our creativity fresh and we are always inspired by new places. We always say BRING IT ON! To ensure we have a thoughtful plan for your day, we will ALWAYS arrive before the wedding to scout those secret/beautiful locations at least the morning of.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

We always deliver 50+ images per hour. Depending on your coverage time and events that will be taking place, you can expect 500-800+ images. We strongly believe in quality over quantity and the art of impactful storytelling through your images.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND ALBUMS?

YES! We have access to high quality printers with precision color matching and pixel sharpness even when images are blown up. We have made it super easy to order prints and build beautiful family heirloom albums straight from your personalized website that your images will be delivered through.

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHICH IMAGES TO DELIVER?

We deliver every suitable image to you. There is no reason for us to withhold anything from you that adds to your story. Part of our creative eye is to weave out those unflattering photos where someone is mid blink, mid sneeze, eating food, the quality was not to our standards and or there were duplicates of the photo. Our style is storytelling through a documentary artful eye, meaning we will include ALL those candid moments where you and your guests are completely immersed in the moment. Please keep in mind that every wedding is different and some provide more photo opportunities than others, which is why there is a wide range of images you could receive. So many factors play a role in how much we capture throughout your day. We ALWAYS suggest hiring an incredible planner, finding a picture worthy getting ready space for both of you, being present in your moments, embracing your emotions, interacting with your people, paying close attention to the details, creating an experience for your guests, having a first look, creating time within your timeline to enjoy your day, joining your cocktail hour to be present with your guests, sunset moments of you two, festivities that will be happening during your reception, unique events etc. All of these things will elevate your day – allowing for more moments to be captured.

DO WE GET TO PICK THE MUSIC FOR OUR FILMS?

Simply put, no. We choose the music for every film based on multiple reasons. Music is a vital part to every film, as it joins everything together. We take the selection of music for every film seriously, because when we find that “right song,” it takes everything to the next level. Due to legal matters, as our films are shared online, we must purchase every song we use. For these reasons, we do pick the music ourselves. It is important for us to note that we take you into consideration which comes into play through our wedding questionnaire.

WHAT PACKAGE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? HOW MUCH DOES EVERYTHING COST?

After capturing weddings for over 5+ years, we have found that every couple and their weddings/events are so unique. We have found that setting a mold for every couple to fit into, just is not the way to go as it limits so many working parts that create a wedding day. This is why we customize proposals based on what each client is needing to bring their story to life. Please connect with us so we can set up a virtual meeting to get to know you both and your dreams for your event. Through our conversation and details that you provide us, we will create a package that is PERFECT for you.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LEADING UP TO THE WEDDING LOOK LIKE AFTER BOOKING?

Ahh!! This is one of our favorite parts of what we do. If you have made it this far, you are aware that we are very hands-on and intentional. The magic just doesn’t happen. There are many factors that play a vital role in capturing those magic moments. Because of that, we want to set you up for success. By doing so, we send you a Wedding Experience Guide that we have created just for our couples. We poured ALL of our knowledge that we have gained over the years into the guide. We work diligently with your planner / vendors to create a seamless experience. We review your timeline and make any suggestions needed to ensure you are getting the best photos/videos possible. Your wedding day should not be stressful! We pay attention to every little detail to ensure a wonderful wedding day experience. We send out questionnaires, guides and tools along the way to ensure we are always by your side in this journey to marriage. We are also available to you via email any time you need anything at all. We can even set up a quick call.

ARE TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?

If your wedding is in Southern California, our travel is included. If your wedding is outside of Southern California travel is not included in our pricing. Each wedding and the destination to the wedding is unique. Depending on the location of your wedding, we will calculate the costs for our travel & accommodations. The travel costs will be added to your selected package, next we will handle all of the bookings for our travel arrangements.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID POLICIES AROUND DATES?

As of 2021, we can no longer offer postponements. We all can agree that coronaviruses will be in our world indefinitely. Our couples have been pivoting by downsizing and or changing their location. Many couples are expertly choosing venues that will be honoring their ability to stay open and will not cancel their event. We suggest venues that are private estates, a venue not connected to the county or state and to always have another option in mind. We believe this will be our new norm and we will have to continue working through it to celebrate life’s most exciting moments.
